Snow, Snow, Snow!

In my opinion, snow was the perfect way to kick off the true holiday season! A white Thanksgiving is almost as good as a white Christmas! So, of course, we made the most of the school days off and got there to enjoy the snow!

Happy Halloween!

I have to confess, every year I dread Halloween. I think going door to door asking for candy is kind of weird. However, I think for the first time I saw the act of trick-or-treating through the eyes of my children and finally I understand the excitement and joy that goes with it. That's not to say I no longer think it's weird, I just get why kids like to do it. Needless to say, I truly enjoyed Halloween with my kids this year!

Day 8 started out with a trek from Claremont to Valencia to have brunch with the girls, get nails done, and make it to rehearsal on time!!

Well, that brings us to end of our road trip...almost anyway! The last of the pictures. The next few days we just relaxed, headed home, and took in the last days of summer break before heading back to school! We had such a blast and I honestly cannot wait to do it again :-)
